A semi-submarine is the most comfortable way to explore the underwater world of the Red Sea without any equipment or physical effort. The lower section of the vessel sits beneath the surface, and panoramic portholes provide a direct view of the coral reefs and fish swimming just centimetres from the glass. It was surprisingly engaging. I don't dive and I'm a little nervous around deep water, so this format was ideal. You sit comfortably and watch the corals and fish through the windows. There is so much to see - the children were absolutely thrilled. It did get slightly stuffy inside at one point, but nothing unbearable. All in all a wonderful option for anyone who doesn't want to get in the water.
Booked it for the family and have no regrets. Very convenient format, especially with children or if you are not keen on swimming. Visibility was excellent - you could see the reefs beautifully. I wouldn't call it a thrill ride, but that's not the point. It's calm observation. A great option for a change of pace on holiday.
We took the Premium yacht for an anniversary - it lived up to its name entirely. Spacious, clean, excellent service. The route included several brilliant snorkelling spots. Lunch was tasty and varied. A small group - no crowds whatsoever. The guide was attentive throughout. We came back delighted and refreshed. For special occasions and for those who want a little more comfort, this is unquestionably the right choice.
I chose Premium specifically because of the smaller number of guests on board - no regrets. A fine yacht with well-arranged relaxation areas. Snorkelling at two reef spots - both excellent. Lunch included, with very fresh seafood. Drinks available throughout the day. The guide was knowledgeable and explained the reefs and their inhabitants. Slightly higher price than the standard option, but the difference in comfort is very noticeable. Recommended for anyone who wants a calm, quality day on the sea.
