A wonderful sea excursion, especially if you enjoy swimming. The water is calm and the colours are simply unreal. Each stop had something different to see; the reefs vary, it's not all the same view. I thought I'd tire quickly, but actually I wanted more. The crew were relaxed and explained everything clearly. One thing: the sun is very strong, so bring sunscreen from the start. The day was as relaxed and beautiful as it gets.
I came mostly because my wife wanted to go, but ended up loving it myself. Genuinely beautiful spots - when you look down through your mask there's an entire world below. I liked that there's no rushing; you can swim at your own pace. I'm not a big water person, but this won me over. If anything, I'd have preferred fewer people on board, but that comes with group tours. A very solid excursion.
The reefs of Tiran Island are something special. A protected zone, the corals are untouched, the fish are large and vividly coloured. Snorkelling here is on a completely different level compared to regular beach spots. The yacht was comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Lunch was delicious. The second stop was the highlight for me - deeper and more interesting; we spotted a large moray eel. A professional guide throughout. Recommended to anyone who appreciates the underwater world.
A full day on the yacht with two snorkelling stops - brilliant format. Pleasantly tired at the end, with great impressions. Tiran's reefs are world-famous, and rightly so. Crystal-clear water, superb visibility, masses of fish. A large yacht with plenty of room. Loved the seafood at lunch. Transfer on time. Recommended to anyone who loves the sea and the natural world.

✈️ Message on TelegramTiran Island is a place that divers and snorkellers from around the world dream of visiting. The island's four reefs - Gordon, Thomas, Woodhouse and Jackson - rank among the finest dive sites in the Red Sea. The reefs drop vertically for hundreds of metres, and even from the surface you can see the water darkening from turquoise to deep cobalt as the depth increases.
The yacht sails for about an hour from Sharm El Sheikh marina along a scenic coastline. On the way you get views of the Sinai and Saudi Arabian mountains, two neighbouring countries separated by a narrow gulf. At the Tiran reefs you will encounter sea turtles (permanent residents here), enormous schools of barracuda and trevally, and dolphins that sometimes follow the yacht. The coral gardens here are every bit as impressive as those at Ras Muhammad.
The excursion includes two snorkelling and swimming stops, lunch on board, and several hours out at sea. It is a fully rounded day on the water that leaves you energised with the feeling of a real adventure. Children under 5 are free; families with children particularly love this route.
Yacht capacity is 20-30 passengers, so there is plenty of room for everyone. Children under 5 are free.
The tour can also be booked privately (yacht hire from $550 per day). Important: do not go up to the upper deck while wet, as it is slippery. If you cancel a pre-paid diving session on the day, refunds are not available.
Reef sharks (whitetip and grey) are sometimes seen at the Tiran reefs, but they are completely safe for snorkellers. Most guests are delighted if they spot one.
Snorkelling is at the surface; the reefs start at 1-3 metres. Corals and fish are clearly visible without diving.
