The waters off Sharm El Sheikh are one of the best places in the world for your first dive. Visibility reaches 15-20 metres, allowing you to take in the underwater world in full detail. Water temperature is comfortable year-round: 27-29°C in summer, 21-24°C in winter. Hundreds of species of tropical fish live here - parrotfish, clownfish, Napoleon wrasse, barracuda, moray eels, and sea turtles. The coral gardens off Sharm El Sheikh are recognised as among the finest in the world.
After a 40-minute briefing on the shore, you put on your equipment and wade slowly into the water. The first few metres are the most exciting. Once you realise how easy and comfortable it is to breathe underwater, everything opens up: corals of every shape and colour, fish that have no fear of people, weightlessness. Your instructor stays beside you the whole time, using hand signals to point out what to look at.
All equipment provided. Do not dive on a full stomach (allow 3 hours after eating). Minimum age 10.

This was my first ever dive and I was genuinely nervous - I kept thinking I wouldn't be able to do it. The instructor was incredibly calm: explained everything, demonstrated each step, and never rushed me. The dive itself wasn't scary at all - it was actually deeply relaxing. Underwater it's a completely different world: fish, corals, all right there beside you. At first the breathing feels a bit odd, but within a couple of minutes it's completely natural. Perfect for a first-timer.
I'd been putting off trying diving for ages, but here everything went as smoothly as possible. No rushing at all - first the explanation on the shore, then a gradual descent. I really liked the fact that it's all from the beach with no boat ride needed. The underwater scenery is stunning, but what I loved most was the sheer sense of calm. My ears felt slightly blocked at one point, but the instructor helped and showed me the right technique. Thoroughly pleased - and now I want to go again.
My first time ever scuba diving - and it was unforgettable. The instructor was incredibly patient, explaining every single step with no pressure whatsoever. Underwater a whole new world opens up: vivid corals, fish swimming right up to you. I had a moment of mild panic in the first few minutes, but the instructor was right there and it passed. The equipment was good quality and fitted perfectly. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants to try diving - this is the best place to start.
I've been diving for several years and dived in many countries. The Red Sea at Sharm is one of the best spots in the world. Visibility is excellent, the reefs are healthy, and there's plenty of fish. I did two dives in a single session - both were great, different in depth and character. The organisation was spot-on and the equipment was in good condition. The price is fair. My top recommendation for divers in Sharm.

✈️ Message on TelegramA first dive is a milestone many people put off for years. "Maybe next time." "I'll try snorkelling first." "I'm not sure I'm ready." The Red Sea at Sharm el-Sheikh is one of the finest places on earth to finally cross that line. Crystal-clear water with visibility up to 30-40 metres, warm temperatures of 25-28 degrees in summer, extraordinary marine life, and experienced certified instructors. Everything here is ideal for a first dive.
Shore diving means there is no boat ride - you simply walk into the water from the beach. After a short briefing on the shore covering how to breathe underwater, how to equalise the pressure in your ears, and how to communicate by hand signals, you put on your equipment and wade slowly in. The first few metres are the most exciting. Once you realise how easy and comfortable it is to breathe underwater, everything opens up: corals of every shape and colour, fish that have no fear of people, weightlessness. Your instructor stays beside you the whole time.
Almost nobody who has tried diving in Sharm has regretted it. Most people come back for a second dive the very next day.
Year-round. Water is warmer in summer, but visibility can actually be better in winter due to lower plankton levels.
Swimwear and a towel. All diving equipment is provided. Do not dive on a full stomach - no food for 3 hours before your dive. Please inform us of any heart or lung conditions or epilepsy when booking.
Not if you equalise correctly - your instructor will show you the technique. A little discomfort the first time is normal.
Basic swimming ability is helpful but not essential. The equipment keeps you buoyant.
From age 10 with a specialist children's instructor.
Typically 30-45 minutes underwater, plus the briefing and equipment preparation.
